Q. HOW DO I SHOP ON-LINE? Shopping with Eagle Gifts is easy. Simply click on the various product links that can be found on our products page, which can be found at the top of the page below the banner or on the left side of each page. Click on the link to the item(s) that you wish to purchase. After you have finished shopping, click the "checkout" button. All products depicted on the Eagle Gifts website are actual photos of the products available at the time of posting to our on-line store. We reserve the right to
update model designs, or substitute models or colors whenever these changes represent an equal or better value to our customers. All sizes of products indicated or shown on the website are close
approximations.
Q. WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO I HAVE? Customers may pay for any products selected on the Eagle Gifts website via our on-line ordering system with the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. If you desire to pay by certified check, personal check or money order please use our mail order form, please include shipping charges and mail all payments to: George Shinaberry, 6116 Rester Road, Theodore, AL 36582 Please Note: Personal checks must clear our bank before items are shipped. Q. IS ON-LINE ORDERING SAFE? A. All credit card transactions are processed through our secured on-line ordering system. Q. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? After you submit your order to us, it is processed within 2-3 business days. After order processing, you can expect to receive your merchandise within 2-3 weeks.*****Please Note: Allow 6-8 Weeks To Recieve All Jewelery Orders.*****Sorry, no international orders. Q. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? Eagle Free Gifts takes pride in the products that we offer to our customers. If you receive an item that has been damaged in any way, please contact us within 30 days. Once you have notified us that your merchandise was defective, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Procedure (RAP). The RAP will indicate whether you should discard the item, or send it back to the distribution center. In either case, we will replace the product(s) that you ordered free of charge. (Replacement is subject to item availability. If exact replacement is not available, replacement will be a comparable item of at least equal value) For all non-defective merchandise returns, customers are required to contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. At this point, you the customer have the following options: (1) exchange the item for another product of comparable value or (2) request a refund. Under absolutely no circumstances will this information be shared with third parties. We will only use this information to contact customers concerning various promotional campaigns being conducted by the company. Customers may request the removal of their name from our database at any time.
